Is every feature really included on every plan?

Yes. Plans differ only in the number of stores, never in functionality. Starter runs 1 store, Growth 3, Scale 5 and Custom as many as you need. Users are unlimited on every plan.

Which integrations do I need?

Shopify is the one requirement; it's the source for products, orders, fulfillment and analytics. Meta unlocks the growth, scaling and creative intelligence tools. Connect Klaviyo and the Email Insights module turns your flow performance into a dollar-ranked Do This Next list, telling you which flows leak money, which canonical flows you are missing, and where deliverability is slipping; it reads Klaviyo only, you make every change. For support, connect any one of Zoho Desk, Re:amaze or a shared Google Workspace inbox. Anthropic's Claude powers the AI under the hood. Each store connects its own accounts, stored encrypted.

Do the agents act on their own?

Mostly they propose. Each agent shows a clear state and you decide. A few routine, reversible actions, like pausing a weak campaign or prefilling a cost of goods, can run automatically once you switch them on, always inside a confidence threshold and the limits you set, and always with one-click undo. Money and anything irreversible, like refunds, always waits for your approval. You see every move in one live feed on the overview.

Do I need a Shopify store?

Yes. ExpoDash is built around a native Shopify connection: products, orders, fulfillment and analytics all sync from your store.

Can I manage multiple stores?

Yes, that's the core of the platform. Stores live inside your organization, each with its own credentials, branding and module permissions. Growth covers up to 3 stores, Scale up to 5, and Custom scales with you.

Which languages are supported?

The interface ships in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Polish. Product translations cover the same seven languages, including per-language size and color conventions.

How do upgrades and cancellation work?

We're in early access, so plans are provisioned personally. Create an account and we'll set you up on the right tier. There are no long-term contracts; you can change or cancel your plan at any time.
